Hyundai recently released the official images of the all-new Creta online. The official launch of the SUV will happen on the 16th of January. Production of the SUV has already started, and we have also seen images of the 2024 Creta from the production plant. Here, we have a new video that has surfaced online. The SUV has started reaching dealerships before the launch, and this video shows how the car looks inside and out.
The video has been shared by Harsh Vlogs on his YouTube channel. In this video, the vlogger shares footage that has been circulating on the internet since yesterday. In this video, we see a white Hyundai Creta SUV at the dealership. The SUV is fully revealed in the video. The front of the SUV features an LED connecting bar that meets the LED DRLs on both ends. The LED DRLs have a different design than before. LED turn indicators are also placed right under the DRLs. The front grille of the SUV now looks a lot bolder, and the grille gets a dark chrome finish for a premium look.
The bumper is completely redesigned, and the headlamps are placed on the bumper. There are no fog lamps like many modern cars on the market. The lower part of the bumper does offer a faux skid plate, adding to the SUV’s rugged look. Coming to the side profile, the design remains more or less the same. The major update here is the wheels. The SUV now comes with 16-inch alloy wheels with a new design. Just like the front, the rear of this SUV has also undergone a major change. Similar to the front, the rear gets a connecting LED bar that runs across the width of the tailgate. This strip meets the LED tail lamps. The entire tail lamps element is enclosed inside an area finished in black.
The reverse gear light is placed on the rear bumper. We also see a faux skid plate here for a rugged look. The video then shows a glimpse of the interior of this SUV. We already know from the officially released images that the upcoming Creta’s cabin is way more premium than the previous version. The car will come with a large 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, ventilated seats, an electrically adjustable driver’s seat, a panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a redesigned dashboard, a Bose premium 8-speaker system, 70+ connected car features, ADAS, and so on.
Coming to the engine and transmission options, Hyundai will offer the Creta with both petrol and diesel engine options. The SUV will be offered with a 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that will come with manual and IVT gearbox options. The 1.5-litre turbocharged diesel engine will be offered with a 6-speed manual and a 6-speed automatic transmission option. The pre-facelift version used to come with a 1.4-litre turbocharged engine. This will be replaced with a more powerful 1.5-litre turbocharged petrol engine. This engine option will be offered with a 7-speed DCT. Whether any of these engine options will get the iMT gearbox option, we’ll have to wait and watch. The Creta seen in the video is a manual variant, as we can see all three pedals in it.
